I am currently setting up a massage service and I am offering my services free of charge to members of the swimming club (donations are, however, welcome towards the cost of my oils etc).

I am VTCT accredited in body massage level 3 and am CRB registered for ASA purposes. If anyone would like a massage they can contact me on 07870418768  

The benefits of massage in sport are well documented eg. relaxation, helping recovery from training & racing, helping to prevent injury, aiding race preparation, relieving muscle tension and reducing muscle fatigue, pain relief, prevention of injury ... the list is endless. Why not try it out.

Just a quick reminder that ther is no training at Jubilee or NCHS week commencing 23rd August and week commencing 30th August. Any senior 1, senior 2 or master can attend training on Thursday am, Friday am or Friday pm session 7-9pm for these weeks only all at NULS.

There is no training for anybody on Bank holiday Monday 30th August.

Training is back to normal on Monday 6th September.
