Hello!

 

Hello everyone in Junior 1.

Please look at the web site on a regular basis and particularly Junior 1 section.

As you now know I will be awarding (sorry only a mention here at present) a Trainer of the Week award in Junior 1 from now on.

 

So; WORK HARD!

 


Trainer Of The Week Criteria

 

You will need to -

Be on time to all 3 sessions

Work hard

Concentrate

Perform well (technically improve or follow advice)

Be a good role model to all other swimmers

Behave sensibly
